These terms are an agreement between you and [Your company name] for your use of Focus-Productivity-App. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens in your account. You must give a real email address.

Free trial and subscription

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed for the trial.
• After the trial, continued use needs a paid subscription. The price is shown before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in Account → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it.
• Payments are processed by Paystack under their terms.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or get unauthorised access to it, and no use of it to break the law.

Your content

What you put into Focus-Productivity-App is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Focus-Productivity-App running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change these terms; if a change is significant we'll let you know by email before it takes effect.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
